Ordering Information (Please Read)
Pricing: Due to the custom nature of stained glass pieces, price will vary from one piece to another. Generally speaking, pieces that are more complex/larger in size cost more.
Portfolio Pieces: If you are looking to have a pre-designed piece made that you saw pictured on this website, you can order with this form. Any piece requested will be made as close as possible to the picture seen in the portfolio. You can also note any adjustments you would like made in terms of colors used, sizing, and finishings. Adjustments made will be quoted accordingly. Please note that portfolio pieces are not pre-made or readily available.
Timing: The goal is to respond to initial requests within 48 hours. After the initial communication, the goal is to have custom designs with quotes sent to clients within 5 days. Once designs are approved by the client, manufacture of the piece will begin immediately after deposit is received (see deposit policy below).
Stained glass pieces are labor intensive. The greater the pieces complexity, the longer it will take to manufacture. Clients will be provided a rough time frame for completion. Most pieces take 2-4 working days to complete, and pieces are completed in the order that they are received.
Installation: For regular window inserts, larger window panels, and transom windows the space will need to be measured. If you measured the space, please include rough measurements which will be useful for designing. Once you approve the project, we will need to take our own measurements and all also inspect where the project is being put. This is to make sure that care is being taken to ensure that the project/install location is structurally sound. In some cases, pieces need to be designed differently or include adjustments to accommodate special situations.
A one time fee of $30 will be added, and includes both initial inspection and installation (only if required).
Delivery: Pieces that do not require installation can be picked up or shipped at the buyers expense. Please note that items broken during shipping will not be refunded. Great care will be taken to secure your piece in an antibreakage worthy manner.
Repairs: This form can also be used to request repairs. Each repair request will be reviewed, and practical options supplied. Please note that we do not repair or manufacture stained glass lamps, however, would be happy to assist in sourcing a repair.
Deposit Policy
In order to begin manufacture of your piece, we require a minimum 50% deposit based on the subtotal listed on your invoice.
If you cancel your commission within 4 days of deposit receipt, your deposit will be refunded 100%.
If you cancel your commission after 4 days of deposit receipt, your deposit will not be refunded, but any additional money paid in excess of the deposit will be refunded.
